My first visit here was so impressive that I had to repeat it on the very next day. The Red Ginger roll was amazing! The flavors came together like a medley in my mouth. The Soho, and Hawaiian were also very good. The service was excellent. I can't wait to return when I visit Cedar Rapids.
This restaurant has very good food. Sushi was delicious, and so was all the food from the menu. Setting is very relaxing and quiet.

Great sushi restaurant close to the airport. I always love coming to red Ginger. Usually order the sashimi deluxe, Christmas roll, and tuna dumplings. The fish is average to above average quality. They are consistent and it's delicious. I love paying a visit to this restaurant when I'm in Iowa.
Man where do I start? I did not expect a super nice Japanese restaurant in Cedar Rapids or Iowa. This place is amazing, everyone is so friendly, and the food was on point! Love it!
Tonight was the best experience we've had in a long time. The restaurant was slow, so my boys got some special attention from the staff and the food was phenomenal! The staff here is amazing and the sushi is always super good, so if you are on the fence about stopping in, I could not recommend it enough.
This Place is a just AMAZING. My husband picked this spot as a dinner date and please believe me when I say from start to finish the staff is very friendly, helpful and SKILLED!! The Positive energy in this place alone makes you wanna stay a while and just relax. Mix ALL these great attributes together with the chefs that are masters in their craft and You will NEVER be disappointed in the results. I traveled in from out of town for work and found Red Ginger nearby on google maps. The restaurant staff was very nice and welcoming. The tuna lovers sushi and sashimi plate was very fresh and the portions were quite large for what you typically get from most sushi restaurants at the price. The owner was nice to converse with and made a very interesting blackberry brandy sake that was a real treat. Very friendly establishment in Cedar Rapids.
